And real science says we know only there is some effect, we don't know how
much RF it takes to create a given problem, we don't know how much is
harmful, we do know the "non ionizing" effects do chage with frequency.
Therefore we have to take a "best guess" and set limits with a generous
safety factor based on what we have been able to see in non-human test
subjects and/or specific lab tests.
