The answer to "how to bond them all together" is to run a
peripheral strap around the house, and tie all grounds to
that strap, at the point where they're available. Reliance
upon internal water pipes is asking for trouble.
One can then run dissipative radial wire or strap, out away
from the house, as the environment permits.
If good planning permitted all grounds to occur at the same
physical location, that would be preferred. But it usually doesn't
happen.
