[TowerTalk] PST 61D Contoller

G'day,

Anyone know what the motor control MOSFET is in the PST 61D controller? 
The device is close to and faces one of the motor relays and I can't read 
it.  I would like to get the data sheet.  I think my MOSFET has died.
