Fall arrest reels are pretty neat. I don't use one for tower work, but
got to experience one on a climbing wall a few months ago at the USS
Intrepid Air and Space Museum in NYC. It was kinda scary to just let go
when at the top and to be gently lowered back down, but it did work like
a charm.
