As I understand the Trylon are pretty much the same as the ROHN and those
are very easy to climb using the cross braces.

You need to be comfortable climbing: use good equipment, and have at least
one, if not two helpers around who know what to do. A gin pole will be a
necessity, good rope of sufficient strength (with a good safety margin) and
don't forget to use temporary guys.
