The ab577 is intended as a temporary structure. I doubt that
you can readily demonstrate that it will survive 90mph gusts,
using screw-in guy anchors, without including soil analysis.
Although I am an advocate of the ab577/ab621 towers, it may be
very difficult to get a permit to install one.
As I said in my earlier comment, this will probably be very
dependent upon your ability to get code officials to see reason,
rather than rule. Failing that, it will be cheaper to buy rohn 25,
or another tower which already has had the engineering done.
HBDX48 would probably pass muster...at a cost of 400 for the tower and
another 600 for the foundation.
