Cut the remnants off & fill them with grout. Get a 25g mounting plate.
The plate has the female legs welded to it. Drill holes in the concrete
for 'L' bolts and use concrete epoxy or whatever it is called to secure
the bolts in the concrete. Use the base and some shims to keep the bolts
in alignment while the epoxy cures. Better than new when you are thru.
