Barry,

Take a 10 foot piece of PVC pipe, glue a garden hose adapter on one end and 
a cap with a very small hole in the center on the other end then use it as a 
water drill just under the bottom surface of the sidewalk.

You can use the same piece with the attachments cut off and run the coax 
through it or use a piece of direct bury coax.
