Tom, my PT-2 resides on "4".

I didn't put a lot of pressure to try and move it down to "0" but I believe 
it is at it's normal resting position.

This guage was not intended to measure down that low I don't believe and so 
it is of no importance I suspect.

Write Loos and I think they will confirm your gauge is AOK.
