The most important thing is it just "be there" to provide a
path around the house. My perimeter ground buss is nothing
but buried copper tubing and heavy gauge solid wire with a
few copper pipe ground rods. It connects to the TV tower,
service ground, antenna cable grounds, etc in an attempt to
get things to all rise together.
