The keys are:
1. Massive common ground
2. Keep it simple, no complex pathways
3. No exceptions to the common ground
Doesn't make you 100% immune but raises the likelihood
of lessened damage from lightning.
Keep in mind that most damage is from indirect vs direct
strikes but if you suffer a direct strike the energy is
so great that it will surge into all available paths --
so do not provide ready alternatives.
