You might want to try 4nec2, available at the usual NEC software repositories

Fast, decent editor, runs on Windows, does optimizing, graphics (including
3d), etc. and best of all, it's FREE (as in beer)
I don't know if it does everything YO does, but certainly, the price is
right. The author releases new versions every year or so.
