Some critical variables are absent from your post such as
common wind conditions, icing, etc.
No idea where you live bit those variables are important.
The Rohn 45 & Monster array that is OK at one QTH may be
tempting fate at another.
It is well-established that the lawyers and insurance folks
had Rohn significantly under-rating their towers for safety
reasons. You have a buffer but one must consider if one really
wants to live in the buffer with little room for the unexpected.
