Joe,
Had a VERY similar thing here as well...found out the
following...
My two outlets that were tripping did in fact test ok with
the built in test button,....but my electrician tested them
on his work bench and they did not pass..
ALSO, had a little bit of water in an outlet outside on one
of the effected circuits.....hmmmmmm
Changed out the outlest and bought two new GFI
outlets....and no more issues...even at FULL + power!..
