Years ago when I lived in San Jose I was told that I could put up
anything I wanted up to 40
feet. Anything higher had to 'move'. I with the help of the nice lady
behind the counter figured
that if the tower rotated then it was legal as high as I wanted. We
figured movement is movement.
Guess too many liberals have infiltrated the building department.
