KY6LA did exactly that, but his tower is an US Tower MA-850 tubular
crank-up with the tilt over feature and rotor base. I believe he
installed the driven and 36' elements first, raised the tower spun the
boom with the rotor, lowered the tower and installed the 70' elements.
I think the only way to build that thing on a tower is with something
like the PVRC mount so you can bring the boom alongside the tower.
