If the antenna is 10 feet above something screwing it up,
like an antenna on a roof just above an attic with wiring,
the extra 5 feet will probably help.
If the antenna is ten feet above ground, the extra 5 feet
will help.
If the antenna is on a 40ft tower, who would care? The only
exception I can think of is when guy lines that are not
insulated or other antennas are a few feet below the beam.
The tower itself, unless it has a very wide cross section,
doesn't interact.
