I call a sign company in Macon GA, and they make the 35 mile
trip here including travel and setup and have about three
hours left on the four hour minimum. Cost is about $400.
I just installed a 200 ft tower about like Rohn 55G
(American tower ~19 inch face but with horizontal braces
only) by picking up 150 feet all in one piece with that
crane. No problem at all, the tower barely flexed. Total
cost was $400.
When I had to repair my Telrex 40M yagi after every wind
storm, I'd call them out and go up in a bucket.
I've never had to spend more than minimum hour. I even kill
time with them trimming trees when they are done with tower
work.
When I put up my Rohn 65, I'll use them again for the first
150 or 200 feet, whatever we can lift in one hunk. The
remaining 150-200 feet will section by section.
