Adding a serious comment to my previous "tongue in cheek" one, this could be
further evidence that towers do not, indeed, lower property values:
1. Do local jurisdictions lower your tax assessment or your neighbors' tax
assessment because they believe the towers have depressed the property
values? I don't THINK so! In effect, the government (the ones with
property taxing authority) are officially, on the record, stating it as a
fact that the towers have no effect on the property values. If someone were
actually to sue over a claim like this, I can picture the local taxing
authorities being called to testify. Seems like powerful evidence to me.
