I just made a comment about RG-11 "type" foam dielectric cable, then looked
up Belden 8213, which is one of those types. Belden rates it at VF = 0.84
"nominal," not sure if they really meet it or not, but it's worth a shot if
you need VF >0.80.
8213's been around for a very long time, easy to find through retail
channels.
