[TowerTalk] How much wind speed is safe?

Hi, 
  I have a 24x55 dbl wide manufactured home. The data sheet says it is rated 
for wind zone 11 25 psf horizontal and 15 psf vertical. The roof zone is south 
20 psf. How do I find out what wind speed this converts too and weight for roof?
