For those with an old-style Heights aluminum tower with the tilt-over fixture, I have a freshly 
rebuilt and painted gearmotor with a new direction switch assembly available for $240 delivered in 
the continental USA. Similar to the one shown at http://www.heightstowers.com/fold_over_kits.htm
Heights gets $800 for their new ones.
