This sounds like you might want a transmission line transformer, like in the
Motorola RF Transistor ap notes. They're online somewhere (not Moto,
though...), but if you search for it with google, they should turn up. The
ap note covers all the details on selecting a mix, how much core area you
need, and how to figure out the bandwidth. (although, for you, it's pretty
narrow band, so maybe a straight transformer on a toroid will work.)
