Apparently.

So here's one that apparently folks here are interested in: 100m of #12
wire in HK is about $300.

But there was a good one in there - combine the capacitive coupling
into a bit of aluminum tube slipped over the end of the SteppIR
dipole with the hat idea.

Might even be able to get it to provide a decent match on 30 by
varying the length of the BeCu strip, despite having to set the end
loading to make it reasonant on 40.
