[TowerTalk] Is this a good buy?

Assuming the tower below is in good condition, is the price reasonable?  
Any caveats?

   "100 ft. of Trylon Titan heavy duty tower. This tower is on the 
ground. I have all guy wires, earth anchors, rotor plate and stainless 
steel hardware.  I will do bartering on             other ham equipment, 
or price is $600.00."
