Hello TomI've put up mine up twice and taken it down twice. Easily and safely. It's easy to fabricate a gin pole for HBX suitable pole (I use the one we use for Rohn towers as well - remove the leg clamps) attach, in a safe manner, two strong 'U' brackets (the more narrow the better), opening down, to the pole . These are to fit at the 'X' of the cross braces. They will need to be adjustable and I suggest they be at the two ends for max support. These are for vertical support only. You will need to pull the pole flat against the tower as well so it doesn't move. I leave the method up to you but I have use rope at the top and bottom of the pole. It's pain to move the pole but it's a serviceable method. Of course, all the safety caveats apply. 73 dink, n7wa At 08:23 AM 8/14/2004, Tom Anderson wrote: Fellow Hams: _______________________________________________ See: http://www.mscomputer.com for "Self Supporting Towers", "Wireless Weather Stations", and lot's more.
