As to rotator plate ... when I needed one once, and none readily available,
I took a piece of heavy cardboard and "built" what I wanted, including the
rotator mounting holes, the cutout for the wiring, and the 1/2 arcs around
the tower legs. I took it to be copied by my local blacksmith, in Red
Bluff, CA ... he said come back in a couple hours. I did, he had done a
fine job, and welded L-Bracket "ears" down each leg cutout for my U-Bolts to
clamp the device to the tower legs. Was $22 . IT WORKED SWELL ... never on
purpose bought a bracket again. He had painted it black, natch ... so I
took that off and used spray galvanizing, which held up longer than my
ownership of that particular "stick" .. 73 Mark AA6DX
