You mean a boomtruck or crane? Sure, all the time. While a crane with enough
boom to reach that high will be relatively expensive ($200 or more an hour), it
may be worth it if the antenna is large.
Your two choices are: have them bring a man-basket along and you take the
antenna up with you to install it or you be on the tower as the crane delivers
the antenna.
