Go back to the store and walk to the electrical section. Look for large
rolls of self-service wire/cable. Near these should be shelves with smaller
spools, usually shrink wrapped. There should be a choice of wire size,
length and insulation color. Look for a label that says something about
useful as "motor" wire. I think this type is best for a dipole. Should be
in the range of $20-30 for a 500 14 gauge foot roll.

I recollect that several months ago there were several posts referring to
the availability of 500 ft. rolls of #14 wire from Home Depot (Lowes?). I
was at Home Depot yesterday and they didn't know what I was talking about.
Did I get this wrong? Please advise.
