Lowes had a supply problem with this stuff a year or so ago.
I have seen it in months past -- it was in the paint department
right next to the desk.
John -- how long does this stuff stand up in the brutal sun
of Florida and other mostly-sunny regions?

Plasti-Dip is the name and Lowes handles it--both in the liquid
and a spray version. I prefer the black for UV reasons. And
usually buy it by the gallon from plastic specialty suppliers.
Lowes only sells the small cans (16 oz??)
But a google search shows that Home Depot also handles it. (FWIW)

Good day all,
I went into my local Home Depot store and expected to find liquid
plastic/plastic in a can, but they didn't carry it.
I'm trying to seal some connectors that are going to be put up outside
and don't want to use silicone sealer.
This stuff comes in small cans and you dip your tool handles in it to
coat them with plastic or paint it on the connector to be sealed and
let it set up.
Anyway, I'm not quite sure of the name of the product/manufacturer and
not sure where else to look for it, which probably means I'll have to
mail order it?!
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
