Jeff:
I am curious as to when this occurred as I am told most bldg dept went away
from UBC-97 and started using IBC-2000 in the last year or so. I tried to get
(beg is more like it) my bldg dept
to accept stress analysis drawings and wind calcs under UBC-97 which is all US
Towers has available but was told almost all bldg depts have gone to IBC-2000
certs.
