The high winds we experienced here in the Mid-Atlantic area resulted
in the mast clamp breaking on our Emoto 1200 rotator. We have an
Emoto 1300 rotator, from which we can steal the mast clamp. So, a
couple of questions:
1. Will the clamp from the 1300 bolt onto the top of the 1200 rotator?
(This would be a fine repair, since the 1300 clamp is significantly
stronger than the 1200's.) If so, does the mast have to move up at all
(or the rotator mounting plate down) to accommodate the 1300's
clamp?
2. Does anybody have a clamp for an Emoto 1200 rotator that they'd
be willing to part with?
Repair is slated for next Friday.
