Don't worry about the built in antenna tuner and the length of the loop.
Concentrate on building your balanced transmatch. Build it with components
that are robust enough to handle your power level and wide mismatches (see
the Rich Measures Balanced Balanced Tuner article). Once you get your
transmatch set up, your wire length and built-in auto tuner on your rig will
