Ditto on my comments too.  Actually, I thought of the pocket protectors etc
after recently watching a great special on the History Channel called "Failure
is Not an Option".  It chronicled mission control from the start of the space
program through the Apollo missions.  Quite a group of guys.

My comment about going for a ride on the Columbia was spoken in jest,
I assure you.  The engineers there are indeed excellent.  The problems
with NASA are more political and economic than anything.
