I'd have to believe that such a report is, in fact, FROM a wind 
generator, or a windbag, as my daddy used to call them.

Our local birds seem to appreciate my tower and antenna, except 
when there is a local Cooper's Hawk perching there.  Then the little 
guys tend to be quiet and invisible.

My windows are a much bigger threat to the birds.
