If I were in the market, I would buy the C31XR.
I have a Cushcraft X9 -- not a bad antenna,
but probably not as good as the C31XR.

The only authoritative on-the-air performance study done on triband
antennas is the N0AX & K7LXC report. It's almost 80 pages of protocol, data
sets,
and summaries. We tested all of the above antennas but the Sommer. It's
