The cleanest 2.4ghz amps are made by YDI. www.ydi.com Teletronics
www.teletronics.com, hyperlink www.hyperlinktech.com, and rflinx
www.rflinx.com also build them. The RFLinx looks interesting, they claim
to have a bandpass filter built in, but I haven't tried one yet.
