No, guy grips can not be re-used.  They have a resin on them which sets after 
the grips have been installed.  In addition, the metal itself sets itself 
around the guy wire, and will not form a good grip if it's released and 
replaced on a guy wire.  This is a safety issue, so do NOT re-use guy grips.
