[TowerTalk] BX tower

I just picked up what looks like a BX 40ft tower. I think it's called a BX 440?

What kind of wind loading does this thing have?
My father-in-law needs to have an 80mph wind rating for the city he lives 
in, but I don't think this tower will have that high of a rating.

What do those in the know have to say?
