[TowerTalk] Stuck US Towers 472MDP control box

My 3 year old motorized tower will go down, but not up. Tried tapping on teh 
two large time-delay relays inside the metal control box on the tower, worked 
last year, but not this time. Any hints? And yes, I already tried asking US 
Towers by email, so far, no reply. Thanks in advance, John
