Great points.
I just purchaced a home in April of last year. I put a statement into the
written offer that I made on the home that I did end up buying.
The statement was "If there are ANY CC&Rs that prohibit antenna
installation, the offer is null and void". There are some CC&Rs that
prohibit riding of ORVs on the road, no junk cars, no excessive noise after
10:00 PM etc... Just the kind you want!
We have a small association for the maintiance of the private paved road to
include 2 bridges that cross over some small creeks.
Simple enough.
