No not elevated. Just a Good strong point to attach the Guys to.
Going to use 3/16" at the recommended guy points for a 60" tower
from the Rohn Data Sheets that have on the web. But in the 25 pages
on line I don't see any mention that I can find as to the required Guy
type and stuff..
