My D40 sags, I guess, a couple of feet. If you look at the pdf I
mentioned in my previous e-mail
(http://www.cushcraft.com/support/pdf/d4.pdf ), which is the manual for the
D4 (40/20/15/10, not 40-only), there is shown on page 5 a truss assembly for
that antenna with all its loading coils. I've been thinking of doing the
same for my D40 if for no other reason than to reinforce the thing when the
turkey buzzards decide to roost on it during the spring!
