[TowerTalk] HFTA?

Just been going through the VOACAP 
Powerpoint presentation by N6BV.

What is this HFTA?. It looks like a windows version
of YT (which is why I am posting on Towertalk). 
A web search brings up nothing except the
original presentation.

Is this new? In development? 
Or have I been asleep at the wheel?
