That's correct...it goes down to a point. The guys are very old and
sagging. One unique thing is that the tower was rigged for power levels up
to a megawatt! It has multiple insulators at the tower connection. Also,
there are only 6 guy wires; 3 at 1/3 height (approx) and 3 more about 2/3
height (approx).
I am no way connected to or part of KFI or the contractor hired to do the
job. Just an observer from a safe distance!
