[TowerTalk] Hy-Gain Explorer 14

Does any one have any information and/or opinions about the Hy-Gain
Explorer 14 antenna?  

I know of a used one that is for sale but I haven't heard very much
about them.  I believe they are still being sold new.   How does that
antenna fit into the Hy-Gain lineup with the TH7 and TH3?  Any opinions
positive or negative would helpful in deciding if it is worth
considering.
