Dave,

Go to http://www.hy-gain.com/manuals.php and you can down load a copy of 
the instruction manual in PDF format.  If it is like the T2X, there is 
an exploded view of the gear assembly.  Be sure to follow it exactly, 
including the thin brass washers to insure proper gear alignment.
