[Towertalk] Tri-ex THS471 Tower Help

     I am looking for a copy of the manual or installation sheets and =
possibly the engineering spec's in case a permit is needed.  This is for =
a Tri-ex THS471 or THZ471 ( It's hard to read the label).  This tower =
has no cables or winch at present.  I am trying to help a fellow ham =
install it properly.
