Thanks. The trick is to get someone that actually knows the part number and
manufacturer for whatever "some sort of dark-colored silicone sealant" is to
reply with that information. I should have been more specific in my query.
And to prevent the next 100 obvious posts - please don't respond with "just use
an RTV sealant". That might work, but I have an expectation that there is a
superior product from a company like 3M that is perfect for this type of
application and I'm curious if someone knows what it is.
