(K3BU) > Normal non-corrosive atmosphere, yes, I would not worry much, but in coastal areas it is a problem. (K7LXC) As it is for hot dipped galvanized towers as well. This is an interesting point because I have been under the impression all these years that properly hot-dip galvanized steel would last forever in a salt spray environment.
